*~* On 16th December 2008, I have watched a movie called 'The Day The Earth Stood Still' at GSC Cinema, 1 Utama with my friends. *~*

*~* After watched this movie, I would rate this new pass at “The Day the Earth Stood Still” fairly high; ; not only because the film endeavors to “reimagine” the 1951 Robert Wise classic, but because it dares to drag perfection in the opposite direction. *~*

*~* Below is the synopsis of this nice movie--> *~*

Keanu Reeves portrays Klaatu, an alien whose arrival on our planet (the Earth) triggers a global upheaval. As governments and scientists ( led by Kathy Bates ) race to unravel the mystery behind the visitor's appearance, a woman (Jennifer Connelly) and her young stepson (Jaden Smith, son of Will Smith) get caught up in his mission and come to understand the ramifications of his being a self-described 'friend to the Earth.

*~*今天心血来潮想吃Big Apple Donuts & Coffee里面的甜甜圈,因为已经有很久没吃了.*~*


*~*原本我打算在我Industrial Training下班后才去Mid Valley买的,哪里知道我朋友说要去Sungei Wang那儿走走,所以我就改变注意去Low Yat Plaza那里买甜甜圈咯!*~*


*~*我买了半打甜甜圈,就是说一盒里面有六粒甜甜圈咯!价格是RM11.50,比以前贵了RM1.90哦!但是还值得啦!嘻嘻!^^*~*

首先,我要去Pudu Bus Station帮我老妈买去Johor和我老公回UUM大学的巴士票.


^^ 这就是我老妈要去Johor参加我舅舅孩子(也就是我的小表弟)满月party的巴士票. 总共有五张成人票和一张小孩票哦! 我老妈会跟我阿姨一起去Johor哦!^^

*~* 买了巴士票后, 我当然是快快乐乐地跟朋友走街lo. 我的朋友说要去Time Square和Sungei Wang买新年衣,所以我就跟他们一起去lo. *~*

*~* 其实, 我注重的不是买新年衣, 而是去Sungei Wang的SASA专卖店买一些护肤产品.但在受不了诱惑的情况下,我还是买了三件衣服哦!哈哈!:P *~ *

About Love‏






爱的感觉,总是在一开始觉得很甜蜜,


总觉得多一个人陪、多一个人帮你分担,


你终於不再孤单了,至少有一个人想著你、恋著你,
不论做什么事情,

只要能一起,就是好的,
但是慢慢的,随著彼此的认识愈深,
你开始发现了对方的缺点,
於是问题一个接著一个发生,
你开始烦、累,甚至想要逃避,
有人说爱情就像在捡石头,
总想捡到一个适合自己的,
但是你又如何知道什么时候能够捡到呢?

*她适合你,那你又适合她吗?
其实,爱情就像磨石子一样,
或许刚捡到的时候,你不是那么的满意,
但是记住人是有弹性的,
很多事情是可以改变的,
只要你有心、有勇气,
与其到处去捡未知的石头,
还不如好好的将自己已经拥有的石头磨亮磨,你开始磨了吗?
很多人以为是因为感情淡了,
所以人才会变得懒惰。

错!
其实是人先被惰性征服,!
所以感情才会变淡的。

*在某个聚餐的场合, 有人提议多吃点虾子对身体好, 这时候有个中年男人忽然说「十年前,当我老婆还是我的女朋友的时候,她说要吃十只虾,我就剥二十只给她! 现在,如果她要我帮她剥虾壳,开玩笑!我连帮她脱衣服都没兴趣了,还剥虾壳咧!

难怪越来越多人只想要谈一辈子的恋爱,却迟迟不肯走入婚姻。
因为,婚姻容易让人变得懒惰。

Beauty Tips - Acne (Chinese version)


对付暗疮小贴士

洁面
暗疮的主要形因是毛孔被油脂或污垢闭塞,彻底洁面,并做好控油的功夫才能杜绝暗疮。可使用市面上的暗疮专用洁面产品,大部分均含果酸或水杨酸等,以控制细菌滋生及改善毛孔阻塞。

面膜
暗疮人士不太适宜使用磨砂用品,磨砂粒子的刺激会令情况加剧恶化;另一个解决方法是改变使用磨砂的手势,以轻按式代替打圈法,同样可以去死皮。可敷深层清洁面膜也帮助彻底洁净肌肤。

爽肤
可局部使用收缩水,清除多余的油脂;也可用一些纯天然成分的花水代替平日使用的收缩水,如玫瑰花、薰衣草等,由于性质温和,能减轻对暗疮的刺激。可用面油纸吸走面上多余油分,一日之内少于 3 次就最理想,因为使用过多会刺激皮肤制造更多的油分。

暗疮膏
一般暗疮药膏/水都会有水杨酸、硫磺或维他命 A 酸的成分,有效杀菌,改善暗疮,暗疮一旦冒起就要立刻处理,不要等它恶化,也应涂有消炎和纾缓功效的护肤品。

保湿霜
洗完脸之后尽量不要用手在脸上□揉或抠暗疮,这样会使毛囊表皮破裂,形成疤痕。不要使用油腻的护肤品,也尽量不要化妆,必要时也可用消炎和杀菌成分的遮瑕膏。

防晒
因为紫外线也会刺激表皮角化,令暗疮恶化,为免油腻防晒用品刺激皮肤,最好选择清爽的防晒剂,但也应避免长时间让防晒产品停留在面上。糖分高的食物会增加暗疮的出现机会,还是少吃为妙。

去印
暗疮痊愈后可能会留下红印,要快速去印,可以在晚上点上去印精华,令红印更快退走

Cleansing
One of the main reasons of acne formation is blocking the pore with sebum or debris. As a result, we must clean our face thoroughly and control oil secretion. You can choose the cleansing products special for acne. Most of them contain AHA or salicylic acid which could kill germs and clean the blocked pores.

Mask
Remember never use exfoliates when you have acne since the scrub will stimulate the acne to become worse. If you must carry out exfoliation to remove dead cells, you can change the way of massage. Gently press the face instead of rub in circle direction. Also, cleansing mask could deeply clean your face but not stimulating acne.

Toner
Apply mattifying lotion to remove excess sebum. If the mattifying lotion is too irritative, you can use water added with natural flower e.g. Rose, Lavender etc. May use oil blotting paper to remove excess oil on the face. Not suggested to use more than 3 times a day since blotting too much would dry up the skin too much and stimulate the skin to secret more and more oil.

Curing Essence
Most of the acne lotions or essences contains salicylic acid, sulfur or Retin-A as they help kill germs and cure acne. When you discover your acne formation, you must treat it immediately. In addition, anti-inflammatory and soothing skin care products should be applied to protect your skin.

Moisturizer
Never rub or disturb the acne, it will break the hair follicle and form scar. Use oil-free skin care products and try to get rid of any make up. Can apply anti-inflammatory or anti-septic concealer if necessary.

Sun Care
UV rays would stimulate the horny layer and make acne, you may apply light texture UV Block but never too long. Food rich in sugar would stimulate the chance to grow acne too, avoid eating too much. Some beauty supplement could be taken instead.

Scar Whitening
Red marks may leave on skin after imflammation, apply special whitening essence to these marks at night for effective whitening.

Regular Health Mistakes


All of us make little health mistakes that cause damage to our bodies in the long run - simply because we are unaware we are doing something wrong. Here are some of the most common mistakes made by many of us.


Crossing our legs

Do you cross your legs at your knees when sitting? Although we may believe that this is the lady-like elegant way to sit, sitting this way cuts down circulation to your legs. If you don't want varicose veins to mar the beauty of your legs and compromise your health, uncross your legs every time you realise you have one knee on top of the other. The best way to sit is to simply place both legs together on the floor, balancing your weight equally. If you feel like changing position, instead of crossing your legs, simply move both legs together to one side. As an alternative, you could also consider crossing your legs loosely at the ankles. This is a classically elegant way to sit, and is far better for your legs and your health than sitting with your legs crossed at your knees.


Not changing our toothbrush

How often do you change your toothbrush? Most of us wait until most of the bristles have either fallen off, or are in such bad shape that we'd be embarrassed to pull out our brush in public. However, since not many of us need to pull out our brush in public, we carry on with our frayed one until we lose it. Replace your toothbrush often. Damaged bristles can harm the enamel, and don't massage your gums well. If you find brushing your teeth a pain like I do, but know you must do it, you might as well be doing it right. Imagine going through the annoyance of brushing your teeth twice a day only to find out that you're damaging your enamel every time you clean your teeth. Also, use a brush with soft bristles unless your dentist has advised otherwise.


Eating out often

There are oils that are high in cholesterol, and oils that cause little harm and are better for your heart. However, no matter how lightthe oil is, it is never a good idea to eat too much of it. Avoid fried foods.Remember that in all probability your favorite Indian foodrestaurant throws a huge, HUGE chunk of butter in a tiny bowl of dal. Rita, who worked in the kitchen of a 5 star hotel, was shocked when she saw the cook chop a 500gm butter slab in half, and throw half into a Paneer Makhani dish. No wonder the customers left licking their fingers. And no wonder they felt so stuffed and heavy afterwards. Limit outdoor eating unless you know that you're getting served light and healthy food.


Skipping breakfast

Never, ever skip breakfast. Remember, when you wake up in the morning it's been around 10-12 hours since your last meal. Your body needs food now, more than at any other time. Eat a heavy breakfast. You will then be busy through the day, and the calories will get expended quickly. If you are trying to diet, eat a light dinner. Here are some more common health mistakes we make. Being informed and making a few changes can help make us feel a whole lot better.


High heels

High heels sure look great, but they're murder for your back. This however doesn't mean you should steer clear of stilettos. Wear them, but not when you know you will be walking around a lot. Wear them when going out for lunch or dinner - when the only walking you will be doing is to your car, to the table, and back. Avoid high heels when you are going somewhere on foot. If you are constantly tempted to wear your heels, take a good look at your flats. Is there something about them you dislike? Invest in a new pair of beautiful flats or shoes with a low heel. Buy something you love, that you will enjoy wearing. If possible, get a matching bag. You will then enjoy your flats as much as you do your heels.


Sleeping on a soft bed

You don't have to sleep on the floor be kind to your back, but do make sure you have a firm mattress. Although a mattress on springs is soft and lovely to sink into, it's bad for your back. If you already have an old bed with springs, you don't need to invest in a new one - simply get a thick wooden plank put over the springs, and place the mattress on the plank. Similarly, if your mattress is old and lumpy, throw it out and get a new one. Your neck and your back will thank you. The same rule applies to sofas. If you will be spending hours on a sofa, get a firm yet comfortable one. Sofas you completely sink into are not the best idea.


Pillows

No matter how comfortable sleeping with ten cushions is, have pity on your neck and resist. Sleep with one pillow, and make sure it is not too thick. If your pillow gets lumpy, discard it and go for a new one. Get a thin pillow if you sleep on your stomach, and something a little thicker if you sleep on your back, to give your neck adequate support.


Not exercising

So all of us know we should exercise more, but many of us don't. This is a health mistake we consciously make! And why is that? Simply because we refuse to admit the damage we are causing to our bodies by not working out. A number of people only start working out once they've experienced a warning signal. Don't wait for a heart attack to strike before you decide to opt for a lifestyle change. Make the change now. You don't need to train for the marathon to be in top shape. Half an hour of brisk walking three to four times a week will make a world of difference to your health. You could then increase this to forty minutes, four times a week - and you're all set. If you haven't exercised for a week, you're making a mistake.
